HDPE film granulating production machine is used for recycling plastic to granules.

Features:

 Material is cut,pre-dried,pre-homogenized and compacted in the shredding drum.

 Many material can be processed directly without need of the upstream pre-shredding resulting in a dramatic reduction in operational costs.

Less power consumption cost per kg,high throughput,reduced floor space occupation and operator attendance

 Applicable plastic material:PP,HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,TPV,EVA,ABS and PS,etc.

 Material shapes:Film,bag,and flakes.

Note:Depending on material property,various downstream equipment are available

  

How it works:

 

1.Feeding is automatic according to customer requirements.In the cutter compactor,the material is cut,mixed heated,dried,densified and buffered

2.The tangentially connected extruder is filled continuously.In the extruder screw the material is plasticised.

3.In the degassing zone the homogenised material is degassed.The melt is conveyed by the following meter zone to the screen changer and pelletizer.
